Incubator Workshops: Innovation Training for 100 Fellows
From October 2013 through October 2014, 100 community members—scientists, engineers, artists, entrepreneurs, educators, students, public servants, and more—will learn and practice processes and skills of innovation:
- Opportunity Identification & Analysis
- Idea Generation, Enrichment & Selection
- New Product Development, Prototyping & Testing
- Market & Business Planning
- Creativity, Communication & Collaboration
- New Product Launch
Within a series of workshops, our incubator community will explore opportunities for innovation related to regional water supply and demand. We will generate numerous project ideas. Innovation Fellows will vote for their preferred projects, a process that will determine the composition of teams and which projects advance to development.
Through our year-long innovation program, we aim to build capacity for leadership and innovation, within and among individuals and organizations throughout the region.
